Most orders are shipped out the same day or the next day, however, as we are a very small business and many of our items are made to order, shipping can often be delayed. Please allow up to 7-10 days for your order to ship out.

How long your order takes to arrive after being shipped depends on the shipping option chosen at checkout. Once your order is fulfilled you will be able to track it through the tracking number provided in your email. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipping delays, please contact the shipping carrier if you experience these issues.

Currently, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have issues or are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to find a solution, but please be advised that refunds and returns may not always be accepted.

Be sure to check all product details, materials, sizing information, and verify shipping details before placing an order as orders cannot be canceled or refunded for these reasons.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged include custom pieces, sale items, and gift cards.
