If you change your mind about an item, please contact us within 12 hours to cancel your order. We cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped out.

Yes, we do! We are generally able to ship to most international locations, however, this is subject to change at any time and for any reason. If we are unable to ship to your country, we will promptly cancel your order and issue a refund. Your order may be subject to higher shipping fees, import duties, and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the buyer. Please be advised that all prices on our website are in USD.

Please keep your jewelry away from all liquids, oils, chemicals, makeup, and any material or substance that may damage the materials. Store in the included jewelry pouch/box or in a dry, clean area when not in use. Do not hang beaded jewelry. Keep in mind that many of our vintage pieces, such as our brass and sterling silver items, may tarnish but can be easily cleaned and polished at home. We are not responsible for items that have been damaged or tarnished due to improper care.

All materials used in each piece are listed in the product description. Our earrings and closure hardware are made of hypoallergenic stainless steel and are lead and nickel-free (unless otherwise stated). Some of the materials we use, such as our charms, are vintage or repurposed, so we may not know the exact contents of the metals used. Please be cautious and aware of this when ordering pieces that are labeled as vintage or use vintage/repurposed components as they may not be tarnish-resistant or suited for people with allergies.

While we do carry a few styles that are sold in small quantities and can be restocked, almost all of our jewelry is one-of-a-kind and can never be exactly remade. If you really like a piece that is out of stock, let us know so we can restock similar styles in the future! You may also request a custom piece here.
