Once your order is placed we will begin designing and sourcing for your piece. This process can take 2-4 weeks.
Each component is sourced to order specifically for you. Charms may be vintage, second-hand, or handmade, so some flaws or imperfections may be visible.
You will receive photos of the final piece via email so you may provide input and request up to 3 changes for free. The item will ship only once the final version is approved.

Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Please ensure all information is correct before placing your order. Up to 3 changes/modifications are included in the price, if more changes are requested there may be an extra charge. This product is not eligible for any discounts except for free domestic shipping.
