As a small business, we may be unable to complete certain requests, if so you will be contacted via email. If your request is accepted, a down payment will be due before sourcing and production begin. The deposit will be 50% of the total cost of the finished piece and cannot be refunded for any reason. Before shipping, reasonable changes/adjustments to the final piece can be made, however, any changes that cost extra will be added to the final price. Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
